Cucina Italoamericana

Amerigo Vespucci initially landed in what was thought to be East Asia, but his curiosity led him deep into the heart of the Amazon in what is now known as Brazil. In a letter addressed to Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, he coined the term "Novus Mundus" (A New World), describing this new world as an '“Earthly Paradise”. Since 1507, over 35 million Italians have journeyed to the Americas, leaving an indelible mark through their contributions.

AMERIGO celebrates the culinary heritage of these Italian immigrants in their newfound home, fusing traditional cooking methods from their homeland with the vibrant ingredients of the New World. This is CUCINA ITALOAMERICANA
