Amerigo is a BYOB restaurant offering an elevated take on classic Italian-American cuisine. We honor the legacy of Amerigo Vespucci and the over 30 million Italian immigrants whose culinary traditions have profoundly shaped the American food scene.

Amerigo Vespucci initially landed in what other explorers thought to be East Asia, but he continued his journey deep into the heart of the Amazon in what is known today as Brazil. In a letter addressed to Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, he coined the term

"Novus Mundus"

(A New World), describing this new discovery as an '“Earthly Paradise”.

Since 1507, over 35 million Italians have journeyed to the Americas, leaving an indelible mark through their contributions.
